I’m Aidan Bacon, a freelance and indie game developer based in southern California. I’m always striving to create projects that are interesting, fun, and novel.
I studied computer science and game design at UC Santa Cruz and I have strong generalist skills, being able to work on programming, art, design, and UI/UX for games and software. If you’d like to know more about my skills or are interested in hiring me, my resume is available below
Over the last few years I’ve released nearly 20 games across various platforms including Steam. All of my projects can be found below, and many can be played for free online.

I’ve been programming for almost a decade on teams from 2 to 80 people. Code style is very important to me and I care about clean, maintainable systems. Check out some of my projects below.
I’ve created the UI for dozens of projects and have worked for Technical Fiction and other studios as a UI designer and artist. Below are some examples from various projects

Before I started making games I was a digital painter and 2D artist. I still use many of these skills in my game projects, and this background helps me communicate more clearly with other artists.
